Module 1 of 14: faq-list

Questions

What people ask before they say yes

Do you install anything in my building?

No. No cameras, no sensors, and no wiring. The only thing we leave behind is a decal on your door.

What if an intruder is not scared off?

Then you do not pay for the night. The Empty-Handed Guarantee means any intruder who does not flee empty-handed and frightened is on us.

Will you cross a bridge to reach my property?

No. Our Bridge Liaison covers properties across the water. We do not discuss why.

What happens if the police are needed?

Your plan names who we call. Some of our specialists are very good at keeping a visitor seated until the patrol arrives.

Module 2 of 14: feature-grid

Why it works

What you get

  • Intruders leave on their own

    Most never open the door.

  • Seven nights a week

    Dusk to dawn, holidays included.

  • A plain report by eight

Quiet night or not, in plain English.

  • Nothing to install

No cameras, no wiring, and no training for your staff.

  • One specialist per account

Someone who learns every one of your doors.

  • A guarantee with teeth

If an intruder does not flee empty-handed, the night is free.

Module 3 of 14: image-text

The specialists

One ghost who learns every door

Your specialist walks every route once, then owns your account. They know which door sticks, which light flickers, and which room is never entered.

  • Chosen for your kind of building
  • Reports to you directly, every morning
  • Reviewed monthly, adjusted as you change

Module 5 of 14: case-study

Case file No. 0412

Nine hours of barking, zero items stolen

Delancey Scrap Yard, East Industrial

  • 0items stolen
  • 9 hrsof barking, no dog
  • 3pairs of bolt cutters left behind

The problem

Copper left the back fence twice a month for a year, and the cameras recorded every trip.

What we did

A yard hound took the fence line from dusk to dawn. The owner was told there is no dog.

The result

No attempts in six months. The neighbors have stopped asking.

I do not know what changed, and I have been told not to look into it. I am not looking.
